Hi everyone, heres some new photographs of the incidental light idea I've been working on. I became interested in this idea before Xmas break. The intent of my project can be found here in my own personal blog: http://urbanskyproject.blogspot.com/ I wont post it here cos' its quite a hefty post.
Ok so these images contain some light anomalies that i have found around liverpool.In some of the images the light almost looks like it has been painted on by hand. the shapes, colours and sizes are quite intriguing aswell, as some of these are over 20ft tall and yet people still walk by and not batter an eyelid towards them. I definetly feel that there is some creative link here between nature and the man-made. Could I create somethink of a simiar beauty using artificial light and artificial methods? Well my plan is to draw up some concepts and try a few mini mock-ups to get a feel for what material does what and such.
